Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzickým testováním uchazečů v přijímacím řízení Policie České republiky, samotným vývojem testových baterií a výzkumem mezi sloužícími policisty, který vede k zjištění jejich fyzické připravenosti a názorů na současný systém tělesného testování u Policie České republiky
Abstract:
This bachelor work deals with physical testing of candidates within the recruitment selection procedures in PF CR. In more specific way, it follows a description of the development of the physical tests, a survey within policemen on the active list which leads to findings on their physical fittness, and their views on the current system of physical testing at PFCR
