Measures for Energy Savings in Buildings

Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se skládá ze tří základních částí, teoretické, praktické a analytické. V teoretické části jsou uvedena možná energeticky úsporná opatření a poté dále zmíněny moderní energeticky efektivní domy. Dále jsou zde popsány starší budovy s jejich možnou energeticky úspornou rekonstrukcí. Nachází se zde rovněž soupis současné nejvíce užívané energetické legislativy. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na plášť budovy z pohledu energetických úspor. Teoretická část se dále zabývá energetickými úsporami budov ve vztahu s oceňováním. V druhé praktické části je řešeno tržní ocenění bytové jednotky a administrativní budovy v lokalitě Prahy 15. V poslední třetí analytické části je provedena analýza trhu s nemovitostmi na území městské části Praha 15 a bezprostředním okolí.

Abstract:

The Bachelor’s thesis consists of three basic parts: Theoretical, Practical and Analytical. In the Theoretical part there are described possible energy saving measures and then further discussed the modern energy-efficient houses. There are also described old buildings with their potential energy-saving renovation. There is also a list of currently most used energy legislation. The Bachelor’s theses are focused on the building envelope in terms of energy savings. The Theoretical part also deals with energy-saving buildings in relation to pricing. In the second part there is a solution of the market valuation of residential units and office buildings in the area of Prague 15. In the last third analytical section is an analysis of the property market in the territory of Prague 15 and the immediate surroundings.
