Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem rozhodování o novém produktu v podniku. Jejím cílem je identifikace dvou základních stránek rozhodování o novém produktu a navržení nového produktu ve vybraném rodinném restauračním zařízení za účelem zvý-šení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž teoretická část pojednává o produktu jako takovým, stručně se zmiňuje o segmentaci trhu, charakterizuje náklady a jeho druhy členění. Dále jsou popsány nástro-je, které jsou aplikované v části praktické. Samotná část praktická se skládá z charakteristiky vybraného podniku, analýzou jeho prostředí za použitím metod SWOT, PEST a Benchmarkingu, na základě kterých je následně navržen nový produktu a jeho náklady kalkulovány metodou cílových nákladů. Práce vybranému podniku přináší struk-turovaný náhled na její pozici na trhu, kterou může využít pro další vývoj.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the process of deciding on a new product in a compa-ny. Its goal is to identify the two basic sides of a new product’s decision making and design a new product for a selected family restaurant to increase its competitiveness. Thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part, whereas the theoretical part dis-cusses the product as it is, briefly mentions market segmentation, characterizes costs and its classification. Further, the tools used in the practical part are described. The the-oretical part itself contains characterisation of the selected company, analysis od its surrounding using SWOT, PEST and Benchmarking based on which is the new product designed and costs are calculated through tat costing. Thesis provides a structured view of the company’s position on the market which can be helpful for the company for future development.
