Diplomová práce seznamuje čtenáře s činností Dětského smyčcového orchestru Nadačního fondu Harmonie. Práce je členěna do čtyř hlavních kapitol. The diploma thesis introduces the reader to the activities of the Children's String Orchestra of the Harmony Foundation. The work is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter offers information about the history, personalities and main pillars of El Sistema that inspire the foundation's entire program.
