Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce je analýza rady obce v podmínkách obecního zřízení a snaha o přiblížení tohoto institutu čtenáři. Hlavní část předkládané práce pak tvoří kapitola, která na radu obce nahlíží jednak z pohledu Ústavy České republiky, jednak z pohledu zákonné úpravy, kterou tvoří výše zmíněné obecní zřízení a v neposlední řadě také z pohledu judikatury našich soudů. přínosná je podle mého nároru …more
Abstract:
Thema of this diploma work is Municipal board in the Czech municipal arrangement. Main part of this work is created by a chapter analyzing the municipal board from the view of valid legal regulations. I think that the interesting part of this work is created by a chapter about practical realization of partial regulations.
