Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním projektu pro realizaci stavby bytového terasového domu dle přílohy č. 6 vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb, v rozsahu stanoveném vedoucím bakalářské práce. Projekt pro realizaci stavby bytového terasového domu jsem si zvolil z důvodu mého zájmu o projektování staveb. Literární rešerše obsahuje popis umístění stavby, dispozice objektu a konstrukční řešení. V první části projektové dokumentace je vypracovaná průvodní a souhrnná technická zpráva, která uvádí potřebné informace pro provedení projektové dokumentace. V další části jsem vypracoval Architektonicko-stavební řešení označené jako část D.1.1. V této části byla vypracována kompletní výkresová dokumentace dle platné prováděcí vyhlášky k zákonu č. 183/2006 Sb., o územním plánování a stavebním řádu (stavební zákon).

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on developing a project for the construction of a residential terraced house according to the amendment No. 6 of the Notice No. 499/2006 Code of laws on the construction documentation, in the extent set by the head of the bachelor work. I chose this project for the construction of a residential terraced house because of my interest in the building designing. Literature search includes the description of the building location, building proportions and design resolution. In the first part of the project documentation is developed covering and summary technical report, which presents the information necessary for the implementation of the project documentation. In the next section I developed architectural and building solutions identified as part D.1.1. In this part was worked out complete design documentation in accordance with applicable implementing regulation of Law No. 183/2006 Code of laws, on Territorial and building Code (the Building Act).
