Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí míru informovanosti pacientů indikovaných k PET/CT vyšetření a na základě zhodnocených dat pro ně vytváří víceúrovňový informační systém. V teoretické části popisuje hybridní PET/CT přístroj a také samotné PET a CT modality. Teoretická část se dále zabývá popisem radionuklidů, používaných radiofarmak a indikací k vyšetření pacienta. This bachelor's thesis evaluates the knowledge level of patients indicated for PET/CT examination and on the basis of evaluated data creates a multi-level information system for them. The theoretical part describes the hybrid PET/CT device and also the PET and CT modalities themselves.
