Abstract:
V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny možnosti a průběh screeningu kolorektálního karcinomu. Podrobněji je zde popsán princip a správné vyhodnocování testů na okultní krvácení a možné kolonoskopické nálezy u pacientů s pozitivním výsledkem těchto testů. Praktickou částí práce je retrospektivní studie záznamů endoskopického oddělení Pardubické krajské nemocnice a.s. za roky 2002-2007.
Abstract:
The theoretical part of the work informs you about the possibilities and course of colorectal carcinoma screening. We will describe the principle and correct evaluation of tests for occult bleeding and possible colonoscopic findings in patients with positive result of these tests.
