Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců v japonkském prostředí. Popisované téma zahrnuje průběh pohovorů a zkušenosti personálních agentur s japonskými společnostmi. Dále obsahuje doporučení specifických kroků pro analyzovanou společnost. Hypotézou práce je, že japonské společnosti nejsou při získávání zaměstnanců příliš úspěšné a nemají dostatek kandidátů. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on employee recruitment in japanese environment. Among others, the discussed topics include interview process, experiences of recruitment agences with japanese companies on the Czech market and recommendations of specific steps for the analysed company.
