ANOTACE Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zabývá teoretickým objasněním právního postavení společnosti s ručením omezeným s vymezením základních povinností a práv statutárního zástupce společnosti, závazkového práva ve vztahu ke společnosti včetně insolvenčního řízení.
