Práce analyzuje rozpočtovou proceduru EU v roce 2010, přičemž se zaměřuje na vybrané faktory – přímý a nepřímý vliv ratifikace Lisabonské smlouvy, politicky připojené požadavky Evropského parlamentu a rozdíly ve způsobu argumentace Rady a Parlamentu. The thesis analyses the 2010 EU budgetary procedure while concerning on selected factors – direct and indirect impact of the Lisbon Treaty adoption, politically connected European Parliament's demands and the differences in argumentation between the Council and the Parliament.
