Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá motiváciou a odmieňaním zamestnancov v spoločnosti Winpro s.r.o. Cieľom tejto práce je analyzovať súčasný systém odmieňania a motivácie vo firme a navrhnúť vedeniu podniku kroky a opatrenia, ktoré môžu viesť ku zlepšeniu motivácie a odmieňania zamestnancov.
