Deficit problem of state budget

Anotace:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem deficitu státního rozpočtu. V teoretické části je popsán státní rozpočet a příčiny vzniku deficitu. Jsou zde popsány vnitřní a vnější vztahy, které ovlivňují příjmy a výdaje státního rozpočtu. Dále se práce věnuje důsledkům deficitu a možnostem jeho financování. V analytické části je práce zaměřena na zkoumání deficitu v jednotlivých letech a to od roku 2005 – 2008. Analyzovány jsou zde hodnoty hospodaření a způsoby krytí schodku státního rozpočtu ve sledovaných letech.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis is considering the deficit problem of the state budget. The state budget and the reasons for the rise of deficit are described in the theoretic part. There are descibed internal and external relations, which influence revenues and expenditures of the state budget. The thesis considers the results of the deficit and the possibility of its financing. In the analytic part of the thesis the deficits in individual years, from 2005 till 2008 are researched. The rates of economy and the ways of covering the deficit in monitored years are analyse.
