Práce se věnuje problematice spolupráce obcí v oblasti samostatné působnosti. Na začátku teoretické části se zabývám vývojem obcí a jejich postavením v rámci České republiky. Následující část je zaměřena na možné formy meziobecní spolupráce, jejich legislativní úpravu a nechybí zde zmínka o spolupráci obcí ve vybraných státech. My bachelor work is concerned with the problems of the municipality cooperation in field of themselves activities. At the beginning of the theoretical part, I am interested in municipality development and their position in terms of Czech Republic.
