Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá terénní sociální prací se zaměřením na cílovou skupinu dětí a mládeže. V obecné části upřesňuje pojmy, které jsou v literatuře mnohdy uváděny různě, a zákony, kterými se terénní sociální služba musí řídit. Zaměřuje se zejména na proces prvního kontaktování cílové skupiny a popisuje jeho specifika. Empirická část se soustředí na zkušenosti terénních pracovníků v praxi a rozhovory s nimi. Zajímá mne, jak se pracovníci představují, jak představují terénní sociální službu, ale také jaké mohou mít obavy z prvního kontaktu. Zároveň si všímá nutnosti spolupráce mezi nimi při oslovování cílové skupiny v terénu i důležitost zpětné vazby, kterou si vzájemně poskytují

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with Field social work with children and youth while focusing on the target group of children and youth. Theoretical part specifies the terms that are often interpreted in different ways and the laws that the field social service is required to follow. It focuses mainly on the process when the target group is contacted for the first time and describes its specifics. The empirical part is dedicated to the interviews with field social worker and to their experience, exploring how the workers present themselves and the field social worker in front of the target group and what might be their concerns about the first contact. It focuses also on the necessary cooperation between the field social workers with children and youth while addressing the target group and the importance of providing feedback to each other.
