Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Posílení konkurenceschopnosti podniku na základě závěrů finanční analýzy“ se zabývá konkurenceschopností podniku a jejím měřením za účelem navržení opatření, která mohou konkurenceschopnost podniku zvýšit. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem konkurenceschopnost a další pojmy, které s ní souvisí. Dále jsou v této části práce představeny způsoby měření konkurenceschopnosti včetně finanční analýzy. V praktické části práce jsou vybrané metody aplikovány na konkrétní podnik a zhodnocena konkurenceschopnost tohoto podniku. Na základě výsledků provedených analýz jsou navržena opatření, která mají za cíl zlepšit konkurenceschopnost vybraného podniku. Pomocí finanční analýzy je vyhodnocen dopad těchto opatření na konkurenceschopnost zvoleného podniku.

Abstract:

The thesis "Enhancing the competitiveness of a company based on the conclusions of the financial analysis" deals with the competitiveness of a company and its measurement in order to propose measures that could increase the competitiveness of a company. The theoretical part explains the term competitiveness and also other terms related to a competitiveness. Moreover this part introduces methods for measuring the competitiveness, including financial analysis. Next the practical part of the thesis describes an application of the specific measures introduced in theoretical part to the selected company. In this part the competitiveness of the selected company is also evaluated. Based on results of executed analysis specific measures are proposed, aimed at improving the competitiveness of selected company. Financial analysis is used to evaluate the impact of proposed measures on the competitiveness of the selected company.
