Abstract:
Diplomová práce podává výklad o úvěrových obchodech v bankovním sektoru s důrazem na úvěrové riziko. Tomu předchází komentář vycházející z obecného fungovaní finančního systému a zároveň objasnění dohledové funkce v oblasti tržního mechanismu. Východiskem je zákonný úvěrový registr, tedy informační systém soustřeďující informace o úvěrových závazcích fyzických osob podnikatelů a právnických osob.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis brings the survey of providing credits in banking sector and in this area it makes emphasis on credit risk. This precedes an explanation of financial system functioning and supervision of market economy. The aim is to enlighten the legal credit register as information system that pools information on the credit commitments.
