Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci je prováděna analýza a vyhodnocení současného stavu spokojenosti zákazníků společnosti Partners Financial Services a UniCredit Bank. Spokojenost zákazníků společnosti je hodnocena celkem pozitivně, o čemž svědčí výsledky dotazování spokojenosti respondentů, kde průměrně 44% respondentů vyslovili úplnou spokojenost . Přesto je zde prostor pro zlepšení např. dostupnost poboček, řešení stížnosti. Z výsledku dotazování průměrně 12% respondentů vyslovili úplnou nespokojenost. Na základě informací, vyplývajících z dotazníkového šetření, byly navrženy návrhy na opatření týkající se úpravy otevírací doby poboček a nový CRM systém pro zajišťování vyšší míry spokojenosti klientů.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis analyzes and evaluates the current state of customer satisfaction of Partners Finanial Services and UniCredit Bank. Satisfaction of the company’s customers is evaluated quite positively, as evidenced by the results of respondent’s satisfaction surveys, where an average 44% of respondents expressed full satisfaction. Nevertheless, there is space for improvement, such as the availability of branches and the handling of complaints. As a result, an average 12% of respondents expressed complete dissatisfaction. Based on the information resulting from the questionnaire survey, proposals were made for measures to adjust the opening hours of branches and a new CRM system to ensure a higher level of client satisfaction.
