Summary: This diploma thesis deals with an evaluation of mental and cognitive by means of the testing scale of the test of mental and cognitive functions (Mini-Mental State Examination - MMSE) of patients after an acute attack of a cerebrovascular accident hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of St.Anne's University Hospital Brno.
