Účelom tejto diplomovej práce je hodnotenie zmien, ktoré so sebou prináša novela z. o rozhodčím řízení č. 19/2012 Sb. Za jej hlavnú náplň pokladám predovšetkým hodnotenie naplnenia celkového cieľu novely, ktorý vymedzil Zákonodárca v dôvodovej správe.
