Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma ohledání místa činu. Jejím cílem je objasnit pojmy, jako jsou ohledání, místo činu, druhy ohledání, jeho cíl, podstata a význam. Nedílnou součástí práce je také charakteristika zásad, subjektu a negativních okolností ohledání. Dále práce popisuje postupy před ohledáním a následné metody a taktiky při ohledání. Poslední kapitola teoretické část pak pojednává o kriminalistické dokumentaci ohledání.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the topic of the examination of the crime scene. Its aim is to make the terms such as examination, crime scene, types of examination, its aim, purpose and meaning clear. The inseparable part of the thesis is the characteristics of principles, the subject and negative circumstances of the examination. It further describes the procedures before the examination and subsequent methods and policies during the examination. The last chapter of the theoretical part then deals with forensic documentation of the examination.
