Protection against the failure to act of administrative bodies
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany před nečinností správních orgánů. Hlavní pozornost je zaměřena na právní úpravu opatření proti nečinnosti správního orgánu, zakotvenou ve správním řádu. Dále se věnuje možnostem soudní ochrany před nečinností správních orgánů.
Abstract:
This work deals with the problems of protection against the failure to act of administrative bodies. The main attention is paid to the legal regulations of the measures against the failure to act of administrative body, which are embedded in the Code of Administrative Procedure. It also describes possibilities of judicial protection from the failure to act of administrative bodies.
