Attic reconstruction in school budilding

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou proběhlé rekonstrukce půdního prostoru základní školy a vyhodnocením bilancí energetických toků celého objektu v důsledku stavebních úprav. Základním faktorem práce je posouzení stavební konstrukce před a po provedené rekonstrukci. Dále porovnat tepelné ztráty, z finančního hlediska se zaměřit na úspory co přeměnou půdního prostoru vznikly. Chtěl bych se zaměřit na jednotlivé opravy konstrukcí a jejich technologických postupů. Pokusit se definovat co nejvíce ovlivnilo tepelnou ztrátu budovy. V neposlední řadě se zaměřit na grafické provedení původního i současného stavu.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s work is dealing with analysis completed reconstruction of a garret in a primary school and appraisal of balance of energetic flow of the entire building in impact of building modification. The basic factor of this work is review of building construction before and after finished construction. It also compares the heat loss; financial point of view is focusing on savings that resulted from the change of garret. I would like to concentrate on individual repairs of constructions and their technological procedure. I would like also define what affected the most the heat loss of the building. Last but not least, I would like to concentrate on graphical design of original and current state.
