Abstract:

Štěpánková, T. Návrh strategie pro pivovar Polička. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce se věnuje vybranému podniku, kterým je Měšťanský pivovar v Poličce. Literární rešerše je zaměřena na problematiku strategického managementu a charakteristiku odvětví pivovarnictví. Na takto sestavenou literární rešerši navazuje analytická a návrhová část. Cílem práce je na základě provedené analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost podniku a navrhnout vhodnou strategii pro Měšťanský pivovar v Poličce a. s., která by vedla ke zlepšení postavení pivovaru na trhu. Na analýzu vnějšího prostředí jsou použita převážně sekundární data. Analytickými metodami jsou PESTLE a Pět hybných sil podle Portera. Ve vnitřním prostředí je čerpáno z primárních dat pivovaru. Analýza vnitřního prostředí vychází z identifikace klíčových faktorů a je doplněna o analýzu prostřednictvím BCG matice. Strategie jsou formulovány prostřednictvím SWOT matice. Sestavená finální strategie je finančně zhodnocena.

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to a selected enterprise, which is the Měšťanský pivovar v Poličce. The literary research focuses on strategic management issues and the characteristics of the brewing sector. The literary research thus compiled is followed by an analytical and design part. The aim of the work is to assess the competitiveness of the business on the basis of the external and internal environment analysis carried out and to propose an appropriate strategy for the Měšťanský pivovar v Poličce a. s. which would lead to an improvement of the brewery's market position. The analysis of the external environment uses mostly secondary data. The analytical methods are PESTLE and Porter’s model of five driving forces. In the internal environment, it is drawn from the brewery's primary data. The internal environment analysis is based on the identification of key factors and is complemented by analysis via a BCG matrix. Strategies are formulated through a SWOT matrix. The finalized strategy is financially appreciated.
