Opravy chyb v katastru nemovitostí

Correction of errors in the Land Register
Abstract:
Práce popisuje možnosti a druhy opravy chyb v katastru nemovitostí. Z hlediska věcné stránky popisuje, co chybou je a co není a jaké druhy chyb lze opravit. Zejména je tato práce zaměřena na procesní stránku řízení o opravě chyb v katastrálním operátu. Pozornost je také zaměřena na možnosti opravných prostředků proti rozhodnutím o opravě chyb.
Abstract:
This Thesis describes the possibilities and the types of corrections of erroneous cadastral data. From the practical point of view the Thesis discusses what an error is and what it is not and what types of errors can be rectified.
