Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výpadku dodávky elektrické energie ve městě Zlín a má za cíl vytvořit návrh plánu krizové připravenosti pro tuto situaci. The thesis addresses the issue of large-scale power outage in the city of Zlin with the aim of proposing a crisis preparedness plan. The theoretical part examines fundamental concepts, legal regulations, and the content of the crisis preparedness plan.
