Socio-criminological analysis of the influence of addictive substances on contemporary youth

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou návykových látek. Obsah práce bude vycházet z vývoje drogové scény v ČR. Zaměřuje se na dvě zásadní témata, sociálně-kriminologické aspekty a vliv návykových látek na mladistvé, u kterých užívání drog má zvyšující trend. Práce se především věnuje nejvíce užívaným látkám, jako je alkohol, tabákové výrobky, marihuana a další. Následně se zaměřuje na kriminalitu páchanou po užití návykových látek. V praktické části je realizováno výzkumné šetření, zaměřující se na mladistvé, jejich vztahu k návykovým látkám, kde jsou sledovány jejich postoje, názory a zkušenosti s jejich užíváním. Jako ústřední metoda byla zvolena metoda dotazníku. Dotazníkové šetření nám umožní sběr potřebných dat a informací, které nám po následném vyhodnocení umožní zodpovědět na předem stanovené výzkumné otázky. Výzkumné šetření bude pro názornost doplněno o grafy. Cílem této práce je analýza sociálně-kriminologických faktorů a příčin, které vedou k rozvoji závislostního chování a k závislosti u mládeže.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of addictive substances. The content of the work will be based on the development of the drug scene in the Czech Republic. It focuses on two key topics, socio-criminological aspects and the impact of addictive substances on adolescents, for whom drug use is on the rise. The work focuses mainly on the most commonly used substances, such as alcohol, tobacco products, marijuana and others. Subsequently, it focuses on crime committed after the use of addictive substances. In the practical part, a research survey is carried out, focusing on adolescents, their relationship to addictive substances, where their attitudes, opinions and experiences with their use are monitored. The questionnaire method was chosen as the central method. The questionnaire survey will allow us to collect the necessary data and information, which after the subsequent evaluation will allow us to answer predetermined research questions. The research survey will be supplemented with graphs for clarity. The aim of this work is the analysis of socio-criminological factors and causes that lead to the development of addictive behavior and addiction in young people.
