Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je metodou týmové manažerské diagnostiky analyzovat organizační strukturu malé firmy po změně její podnikatelské strategie a na základě zjištěných nedostatků navrhnout nové organizační uspořádání.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the organizational structure of small company, which has changed its business strategy, using the team management diagnostic method, and to design a new organizational structure on the basis of identified deficiencies.
