Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zorientovat se v drogové problematice, se zaměřením na drogovou trestnou činnost. Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V úvodu teoretické části uvádím základní drogovou terminologii a rozdělení návykových látek do jednotlivých skupin podle jejich účinků a rizik spojených s jejich užíváním. Dále jsem se snažila nastínit historii a současnost právní úpravy drogové problematiky. V následující kapitole jsem se zabývala drogovou trestnou činností, kde jsem se snažila popsat skutkové podstaty drogových trestných činů podle nového trestního zákoníku (40/2009 Sb.) a srovnat je s předchozí právní úpravou (140/1961 Sb.). Dále jsem popsala i ostatní trestnou činnost, která s drogami souvisí. V závěru teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na protidrogovou politiku a prevenci. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového výzkumu, při kterém jsem se v I. části zaměřila na osobní zkušenosti s drogou středoškolské a učňovské mládeže a ve II. části na dostupnost informací o drogové problematice, názoru na prevenci, protidrogovou politiku, dostupnost návykových látek a postoj k drogově závislým.

Abstract:

The aim of my graduation work is to become oriented in the problems concentrated on drug`s criminal activity.My work is divided in two parts/theoretical and practical.In the introduction of the theoretical part I mention the basic terminology and the division of habit forming drugs into single groups according to their effects and risks in using them. Further I tried to outline the history and present of the legal regulation of the drug`s problem. In the other chapter I was concerned with the drug`s criminal activity. I tried to describe the facts of criminal activities in accordance with the new criminal code (40/2009 Sb.) and compare them with the previous code (140/1961 Sb.). Further I describe other criminal activity which is connected to drugs. At the conclusion of the theoretical part I focused on the anti drug`s policy and prevention.The practical part includes the result of the questionnaire survey which was focused on teenagers` personal experience with drugs and availability of information about the prevention, antidrug policy, availability of habit forming drugs and the attitude towards the drug dependents.
