Abstract:
Cílem této práce je upozornit na problematiku v oblasti hospodářské trestné činnosti a na její hlavní příčiny. Dále chci především poukázat na trestné činy spojené s výběrem a odvodem daní v ČR, analyzovat faktory jejich vzniku a navrhnout možná řešení týkající se zkoumaných problémů. The aim of this work is to draw attention to the issue of economic criminal activity and its main causes. I would also like to point out the crimes associated with the collection and payment of taxes in the Czech Republic, to analyse the aspects of their formation and suggest possible solutions regarding the examined issues.
