Technological production operations of a machine part for drilling machine

Abstract:

Rešeršní bakalářská práce popisuje operace výroby strojní součásti, která je využívána k rotačnímu vrtání. V úvodní části práce je uvedeno několik základních informací k vrtným soupravám a technologiím vrtání, které využívají při své funkci a je nutné je měnit či upravovat v závislosti na požadavky vrtu a geologii v dané lokalitě. Následuje využití třískového obrábění při výrobě vrtných souprav a nástrojů včetně teorie třískového obrábění a jednotlivých metod. Dále bude popsán technologický postupu a konkrétní spojovací komponent, včetně jeho funkce a vypracování postupu výroby vřetene spojovací součásti s důrazem na charakteristiku třískového obrábění. Nakonec bude práce zaměřena na metody přesného obrábění, také nazývané CNC. Tyto metody jsou v dnešní době využívány, protože automatizují výrobní proces prováděný strojem.

Abstract:

Categorized as a literature review, bachelor thesis describes the production operations of a machine part which is used for rotary drilling. In the introductory part of the thesis, there is some basic information about drilling rigs and drilling technologies, which are used in their function, and it is necessary to change or modify them depending on the requirements of the drill hole and geology in the locality. This is followed by the use of machining in the production of drilling rigs and tools, including the theory of machining and individual methods. Furthermore, the technological process and the specific connecting component will be described, including its function and the elaboration of the spindle production process of the connecting component with emphasis on the characteristics of machining. Finally, the thesis will be focused on precision machining methods, also called CNC. These methods are widely used today because they automate the production process performed by the machine.
