The thesis "The Concept of Hate Crimes in the Czech Criminal Law Regulation" deals with a relatively new concept and its inclusion in the Czech legal system. The aim of the thesis is to present the issue, its essence, the beginning of the concept and its expansion from the place of origin to other countries.
