The issue of training modules in the hotel industry - tourism
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku výukových modulů v oboru hotelnictví - turismus. Práce vymezuje základní pojmy a popisuje tvorbu vzdělávacího modulu pro předmět. Obsluha služeb /Stolničení pro 1. Ročník střední odborné školy. V práci je vytvořeno 8 výukových modulů jak do teorie tak praxe.
Abstract:
This my Bachelor's project is concerning issues of training modules in the hotel-tourism profession. The project defines basic terms and describes production of training model for subject of Services of first grade of hotel highschool. The project involves eight training modules for theory and practice.
