Cílem práce je nabídnout komplexní pohled na přezkum tzv. nezákonného zásahu ve veřejné správě z pohledu správního soudnictví v České republice a zhodnotit tuto problematiku. The thesis aims to present an overall view of the review of unlawful interference in public administration as viewed by the administrative judiciary in the Czech Republic and offers its evaluation.
