Abstract:
Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh technologického postupu pro možnost obrábění rotorů Rootsova dmychadla. Práce je zaměřená přednostně na obrábění na multifunkčním obráběcím stroji MULTICUT 500i společnosti Kovosvit MAS a.s. Řešení obsahuje návrh zvláštního příslušenství, způsobu upínání, nástrojového vybavení, technologický postup a NC program.
Abstract:
Diploma sheet includes design to allow the process of technological machining rotors Roots blower. The work is focused primarily on working on the multifunction machine tool of company Kovosvit MULTICUT 500i MAS a.s. The solution includes a proposal for specific equipment, means of fixturing, tooling, technological process and NC program.
