Pohybové regenerační prostředky v krasobruslení

The motion regeneration means inf figure skating
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se věnovala tělesné aktivitě vhodné pro regeneraci krasobruslařů. Zaměřila jsem se na základní zdravotní problémy vycházející z jednostranného zatěžování v tréninkovém procesu krasobruslařů a na možné řešení těchto problémů.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I dealt with the physical activities which are useful for regeneration of figure skaters. I focused on the main health problems caused by unbalanced straining in training process of figure skaters and the possible solutions of these problems.
