Tato diplomová práce řeší transakce se zbožím v rámci Evropské unie a možnosti prokazování osvobození od DPH. Cílem práce bylo popsat transakce se zbožím v rámci Evropské unie a vysvětlit a vyhodnotit legislativou stanovené možnosti jejich osvobození od DPH. This diploma thesis deals with transactions with goods within the European Union and the possibilities of proving exemption from VAT. The aim of the work was to describe transactions with goods within the European Union and to explain and evaluate the possibilities of their VAT exemption provided by legislation.
