Cílem této práce je určit největší světová offshore finanční centra (OFC) a daňové ráje a analyzovat jejich charakteristiky z pohledu řízení podniku. Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is to identify the greatest and most significant offshore financial centers (OFC) and tax havens and to perform analysis of their characteristics in terms of management. The methodology of indication OFCs is based on the approach introduced by Ahmed Zoromé (2007) that takes into account the ratio of their exports of financial services to their GDP.
