Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku stanovení kalkulačních nákladů na přepravu v rámci optimalizace distribučních tras. Cílem práce je stanovení kalkulace nákladů na přepravu v rámci efektivní optimalizace distribučních tras ve vybrané společnosti za pomocí metod operačního výzkumu. Jedná se o vytvoření nového návrhu okružních tras včetně kalkulace nákladů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační. V teoretické části, konkrétně v úvodu do problému, jsou vymezeny základní pojmy jako doprava, logistika, operační výzkum, okružní dopravní problém a kalkulace nákladů. Aplikační část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu a řešení optimalizace, ke které byla využita Clarke-Wrightova metoda. Aplikací Clarke-Wrightovy metody se zjistilo, že náklady na daný okružní problém lze snížit. Pomocí aplikace Clarke-Wrightovy metody se snížily náklady na daný okružní problém o 12,5 %. Závěrem práce je srovnání současného stavu s výsledkem optimalizační metody a ekonomické vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of determining the calculation costs of transport in the optimization of distribution routes. The work focuses on determination of the calculation of transport costs within the effective optimization of distribution routes in a selected company by the aplication of the operational research methods. This involves the creation of a new design of vehicle routing problem, including the calculation of costs. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical-methodological part and the application part. The theoretical part, specifically in the introduction to the problem, defines the basic analysis such as transport, logistics, operational research, vehicle routing problem and costing. The application part contains an analysis of the current state and optimization solutions, for which the Clarke-Wright method was used. By applying the Clarke-Wright method, has been found that the cost of a given vehicle routing problem can be reduced. By the aplication Clarke-Wright method, the cost of the vehicle routing problem was reduced by 12.5%. The conclusion of the work is a comparison of the current state with the result of the optimization method and economic evaluation.
