Disertační práce je zaměřená na hodnocení biodiverzity zemědělské krajiny, na příkladu drobných zemních savců a doplňkově i cévnatých rostlin. Byla použita především liniová metoda ve dvou variantách a standardní metody zpracování vzorků, kde byla sledována druhová rozmanitost a početnost ve vztahu ke stanovišti. The aim of the dissertation is to focuse on the assessment of the biodiversity of agricultural landscapes, on an example of small mammals and vascular plants.
