Design of equipment for pulse measurement of electric energy consumption

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem zařízení a softwaru pro neinvazivní měření spotřeby elektrické energie s využitím jednodeskového počítače Arduino. Práce teoreticky popisuje odvětví internetu věcí a principy měření spotřeby elektrické energie. Pro měření spotřeby je využito proudového transformátoru s děleným feritovým jádrem, který umožňuje neinvazivní instalaci do měřeného elektrického obvodu. Zařízení bezdrátově přenáší informace o spotřebě pomocí rádiových modulů. Data o spotřebě jsou přenášena v podobě pulzů, stejně jako u pulzního výstupu elektronických elektroměrů. Výsledné navrhnuté zařízení umožnuje měřit spotřebu elektrické energie v obvodech střídavého proudu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with design of device and software for non-invasive measurement of elektricity consumption using a single board computer Arduino. The thesis is theoretical describing Internet of Things industry and principles of measuring elektricity consumption. A current transformer with a spith ferrite core is used to measure consumption, which allows non-invasive installation in the measured electrical circuit. The device wirellessly transmits consumption information via radio modules. Consumption data is transmitted in the form of pulses, as well as the pulse output of electronic elektricity meters. The resulting designed device allows to measure the power consumption in AC circuits.
