State Ownership in Companies
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské diplomové práce je charakterizovat majetkovou účast státu na obchodních společnostech. Práce vysvětluje pojmy majetek státu a obchodní společnosti a popisuje povahu akciové společnosti a státního podniku. Jádro práce tvoří vymezení akciové společnosti, v níž stát disponuje majetkovým podílem.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to characterize state ownership in companies. The text elucidates state ownership as well as companies in general and public limited company and state-owned company in particular. The core of the thesis consists of the description of state ownership in public limited company.
