Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ˶Výsledek hospodaření a jeho vypořádání ̋ je zpracována do dvou hlavních částí. První část práce je zpracována jako literární rešerše pomocí uvedených odborných publikací. Jsou zde vyčleněny základní pojmy, zabývá se sestavováním účetní závěrky a pracemi spojenými s ní a také způsoby rozdělování hospodářského výsledku v závislosti na formě podnikání. Teoreticko-metodologická část je pojata zejména jako charakteristika účetní závěrky, jelikož hospodářský výsledek je neodmyslitelnou součástí účetní závěrky. V aplikační části je představená společnost a její účetní metody, je provedena analýza účetních výkazů a to nejprve analýza rozvahy, dále pak analýza výkazu zisků a ztrát, což zahrnuje analýzu výsledku hospodaření a to v jeho všech úrovních, následuje zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti a vypořádání výsledku hospodaření.

Abstract:

Bachelor’s thesis on the topic of „The economic result and its settlement” is processed into two main parts. The first part is elaborated as literary background research using the listed specialized publications. Basic concepts are allocated in this part, it focuses on the completion of financial statements and works connected with it, also methods of distribution of the profit, depending on the form of the business. The theoretical-methodological part is conceived mainly as a characteristics of the financial statement, because the profit is inherent part of the financial statement. In the aplication section, the company is introduced alongside with its accounting methods, analysis of the financial statements is made. At first the analysis of the balance sheet, then analysis of the profits and losses, which includes the analysis of the final profit, in all its levels. This is followed by the evaluation of the financial situation of the company and the settlement profit.
