Employment of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce nazvaná Zaměstnávání cizinců a osob bez státní příslušnosti na území ČR je zaměřena zejména na rozbor podmínek, za kterých může cizinec legálně vykonávat práci na území ČR. V práci jsou taktéž charakterizovány pracovněprávní vztahy, jichž může být cizinec účastníkem. Dále je zde definován pojem cizinec a rodinný příslušník.
Abstract:
This thesis, entitled Employment of foreigners and stateless persons in the CR is mainly focused on the analysis of the conditions under which a foreigner can legally perform work on the soil of Czech Republic. The work also characterized labor relations, in which foreigners can participate. Furthermore, there is defined the term foreigner and family member.
