Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou spánku a směnným provozem. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda směnný provoz ovlivňuje kvalitu spánku zdravotních sester. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá osobností a rolí zdravotní sestry, riziky, kterým jsou vystaveny, směnným provozem, spánkem a poruchami spánku. This bachelor thesis focuses on the quality of sleep and shift work in hospital. The purpose of this theses is to find out if shift work influences quality of sleep of nurses. Theoretical part is mainly focused on personalities and roles of nurses, the risks which they are exposed, shift working, sleep and sleep disorders.
