Prevention screening programmme in Czech population

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou prevence a podpory zdraví české populace. V teoretické části jsou popsány druhy prevence, způsoby financování zdravotní péče a jednotlivé druhy zdravotnických systémů a jejich modelů. Zmínku nacházíme o Národní strategii prevence a podpory zdraví "Zdraví 2020". Pozornost je věnována zdravotním pojišťovnám a jejich funkci a možnostem ekonomického hodnocení oblasti preventivního screeningu a preventivních prohlídek ve zdravotnictví. Informace o preventivních prohlídkách hrazených ze zdravotního pojištění a preventivních programů jednotlivých zdravotních pojišťoven hrazených z fondu prevence, se nachází v poslední kapitole teoretické části práce. Praktická část diplomové práce je zpracována kvantitativní výzkumnou metodou. Nestandardizovaný anonymní dotazník vlastní konstrukce, obsahující 20 otázek se zaměřením na cílovou skupinu české populace ve věku 19 let a více, se stal základem pro sběr informací. Výzkumný soubor je tvořen 1061 respondenty zastupující všechny kraje České republiky. Získaná data jsou zpracována popisnou statistikou. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je objektivizovat důvody nízké účasti české populace na preventivních screeningových programech, preventivních prohlídkách a vytvoření webových stránek určených primární prevenci.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with issues of prevention and health support of Czech population. In the theoretical part there is a description of different types of prevention, ways of financing medical care and types of medical systems and their models. The thesis deals with roles of insurance companies, with possibilities of economical measurement in screening area and preventive programs in health care. Information about preventive programs which are paid from medical insurance and preventive programs of insurance companies paid from prevention fond are mentioned in the last chapter of theoretical part of this thesis. Practical part of the thesis is processed with quantity research method. All data was collected by an anonymous questionnaire which was self-made and contains 20 questions. The questionnaire is aimed on Czech population in age 19 and more. The research attended 1061 responders from all regions of the Czech Republic. Collected data was processed by a descriptive statistics method. The main target of the diploma thesis was to objectivize reasons of low attendance of Czech population on preventive screening programs and preventive care programs and to create a web presentation for wide Czech population.
