Ve své práci jsem se zaměřila na přeměny obchodních korporací, které jsou pro jejich život a další rozvoj v dnešní době nezbytné. Lze tak reagovat na potřeby společností, přesuny majetku mezi společnostmi, diferenciace jejich podnikatelských aktivit do nových dceřiných společností nebo naopak pomocí sloučení nebo splynutí zjednodušit strukturu např. holdingu.
