Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vývojem webového rozhraní pro novou verzi programu CAVER, který slouží k vyhledávání tunelů v molekulách proteinů. Rozhraní umožní uživateli načíst z databáze strukturu proteinu a specifikovat parametry pro výpočet tunelů. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is dealing with developing of web application interface for new version of CAVER program, which was made for computing tunnels in protein molecules. Interface enables user to upload protein structure from databse and set entry parametres for tunnel counting.
