Combine Cross-linking of Collagen

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto práce je overiť, akým spôsobom ovplyvňuje kombinácia sieťovadiel dialdehyd škrobu a glutaraldehyd, a tiež kolagén-elastínové hydrolyzáty parametre filmu. Sledovanými parametrami u vytvorených kolagénových filmov sú teplota zmrštenia, bobtnacie skúšky, analýza metódou infračervenej spektroskopie s Fouriérovou transformáciou, a obsah sušiny. Pri riešení tejto práce sú použité faktorové pokusy a využíva sa sekvenčné dávkovanie sieťovadiel do hmoty. Pripravuje sa k vzájomnému porovnaniu tiež kolagénny film bez sieťovadla a film zosieťovaný len sieťovacím činidlom glutaraldehyd. Uskutočňované sú experimenty typu 32 s centrálnym experimentom, a snahou je nahradiť sieťovacie činidlo glutaraldehyd činidlom vhodným pre potravinárske použitie, z dôvodu zdravotného rizika, ktoré toto sieťovadlo predstavuje pre ľudský organizmus.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to verify, in which way cross linkers (dialdehyde starch and glutaraldehyde) and also collagen-elastin hydrolysates affect parameters of film. These following parameters were monitored: the shrinkage temperature, the swelling tests and dry basis content. Moreover the films were analyzed using FTIR spectroscopy. For the solution of this work factorial attempts and sequential dosing of cross linkers into the substance was used. Collagen film without any cross linker and a film, in which glutaraldehyde was used as a cross linker were prepared as referential ones. The experiments of type 32 with central experiment were realized, where the main goal was to replace the cross linking agent glutaraldehyde by other agents suitable for food applications. The reason is the health risk, which the cross linker glutaraldehyde represents.
