V této práci se pomocí metod výpočetní chemie věnujeme studiu bambus[6]urilu (BU6), který je receptorem aniontů. BU6 má kladně nabitou dutinu, do které je schopen vázat anionty. Vlastnosti makromolekuly a její dutiny byly ohodnoceny několika přístupy. In this thesis, we study bambus[6]uril (BU6), which is an anion receptor, by employing computational chemistry methods. BU6 has positively charged cavity, where anions are bound. Properties of the macromolecule and its cavity were evaluated by several approaches.
